Reason: mold wear, incorrect bending parameter setting, inconsistent material thickness.
Solution: Replace the worn mold; recheck and correctly set the bending parameters; ensure that the thickness of the material used is uniform.
For example, if the mold is worn, you may need to replace a new mold of the same specification. If the parameter setting is incorrect, such as the pressure setting is too small, you need to increase the pressure value appropriately according to the material properties and bending requirements.
Reason: loose transmission parts, insufficient lubrication, and damaged parts.
Solution: Tighten loose parts; add appropriate amount of lubricant; replace damaged parts.
For example, if the transmission belt is loose, you need to adjust the tension of the belt. If the lubrication is insufficient, add appropriate lubricant to the corresponding parts in time.
Reason: Foreign matter on the mold surface and mold damage.
Solution: Clean foreign matter on the mold surface; repair or replace the damaged mold.
Assuming there is metal debris on the mold surface, clean it up before bending. If the mold has obvious dents or bulges, the mold needs to be repaired or replaced.
Reason: Insufficient hydraulic oil, high oil temperature, oil pump failure.
Solution: Add hydraulic oil to the appropriate level; check the cooling system and reduce the oil temperature; repair or replace the oil pump.
For example, when the hydraulic oil is insufficient, replenish the same type of hydraulic oil in time. If the oil pump is damaged, you may need to replace a new oil pump to restore the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
Reason: Poor circuit contact, damaged electrical components.
Solution: Check and tighten the circuit connection points; replace damaged electrical components.
For example, if a relay fails, it needs to be replaced with a new relay of the same specification.
