Integrated Steel Welding Machine Framework

The laser cutter machine's bed adopts 12mm super-thick monolithic steel plate laser blanking. A heavier frame means less vibration and better accuracy. The machine frames are reinforced to minimize twists and deformation while the robust frame of the machine is joined to the chassis by steel bars.

New Generation Aluminum Gantry Structure

The T6 heat treatment process processes the laser cutter machine's full beam to make the shaft obtain the highest strength. This structure allows better rigidity at 50% of the weight of traditional iron gantries, allowing higher acceleration with reduced inertia.

Wide Range Pipe Clamping

The pneumatic clamping mechanism enables a large and consistent clamping force, preventing any looseness or slippage of heavy pipes. This ensures cutting accuracy and precision.

CYPCUT Plate& Pipe Cutting Software

Equipped with FSCUT3000S pipe cutting system, and FSCUT2000 Plate Cutting System, which supports high-precision and high-efficiency cutting of square pipes, round pipes, racetrack-shaped and oval-shaped stretched lines, as well as angle steel and channel steel.

Brilliant Laser Source IPG

IPG offers laser sources that implement fiber laser diodes to create at high brilliance laser light. The reduced energy consumption and the absence of ordinary maintenance significantly improves the efficiency of the fiber laser as opposed to traditional CO2 laser systems.
